Sweet bread. Ordinary flour used. No high gluten flour used. The dough is relatively wet. The taste is very soft. If you don't have plum jam, you can use other jam; if you don't have any jam, you can actually wrap other stuffing, as long as it's not in the liquid state or too thin texture.
Step1:Add 1tbsp sugar to mil
Step2:Microwave until warm. Stir to dissolve sugar. Then add yeast
Step3:Lay aside for about 5 minutes until a fine foam is formed
Step4:Put the flour, salt, remaining 1tbsp sugar, egg, vanilla sauce, vegetable oil, orange peel and milk yeast solution into standmixer
Step5:Knead for about 10-15 minutes at a medium speed. Or knead the dough by hand. It doesn't need to produce a film or anything until it is smooth and a little sticky (if you think it's too wet in the middle, you can add a little flour properly. But this dough is wet and sticky. So don't add too much flour. Otherwise, the bread will be dry and not soft enough
Step6:Put a little oil on your hands. Make the dough into smooth and neat balls. Put it in a large basin
Step7:Cover for fermentatio
Step8:Until it becomes 2-2.5 times large
Step9:Take out the dough. Rub the dough slightly on the surface with a little flour. Then relax for a while
Step10:Roll the dough into a square (about half an inch thick) of about 40cm × 40cm
Step11:Then use a wheel knife or ordinary knife to cut 16 small square
Step12:Then, with your fingers, press slightly in the middle of each small square. Put about 1 tsp of jam (for this thick jam). Do not use too much jam, otherwise it is not easy to operate, and too much jam may not taste good
Step13:Fold each small square in half. Seal all three sides to prevent jam from leaking out during baking. Put them in two 9-inch × 5-inch loaf molds that have been plastered with butter (I paved baking paper directly. I'm too lazy to apply oil). Put the sealing part down; put 8 in each mold
Step14:Cover with a wring dry wet cloth or plastic wrap. Let's have a second fermentation. About 30 minutes. The dough will be slightly larger
Step15:Preheat the oven at 175 ℃; after the second engine, brush the surface with egg liqui
Step16:Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, until the surface is golden and there is a feeling of hollow inside. It's ready to bake
Step17:Take it out of the oven. Release it when it is not ho
Step18:Put it on the shelf and cool it completely (don't put it in the mould all the time
