I found a set of interesting Christmas biscuit pattern mould at Christmas. It's very good to give feedback to my friends. Recently, I found a new year's money. I quickly collected it. In order to set off the atmosphere, the new year's Edition added some pigments. In fact, it didn't use pigments. It could use cocoa powder and red koji powder. It depends on your preferences. The red koji powder is not as red as the color powder
Step1:Soften the butter at room temperature (2021 ℃). Add half of the sugar powder and stir it evenly with the eggbeater at low speed. Add the rest of the sugar powder and beat until you can't see the sugar powder at low speed. Beat the butter at high speed until it's smooth (smooth is good, not too hairy. Too hairy biscuits are better than crispy and easy to break
Step2:Add condensed milk in two times. Use the eggbeater to stir evenly (add condensed milk to make the paste more smooth and the biscuit sweet). Add yolk in several times. Stir evenl
Step3:Sift in the low powder. Press the bottom and stir until there is no dry powder. Put it in the plastic wrap. Press evenly to make a cake. Wrap the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
Step4:Take out the pancake rolled to 4mm thick. Use the mold to take the mold. Put the mold on the biscuit. Use the brush (gouache pen) to stick the cocoa powder, red powder and gold powder to draw in turn (the ratio of each color should be used separately. I used three pens for three colors
Step5:Put it in the middle of the baking tray (PAD oil paper on the baking tray) for 150 degrees. Bake it on the fire for 15 minutes. Take it out and let it cool. Then draw the lamb's eyes with chocolate ganache and it will be finished
Step6:This recipe can bake about 20 piece
Step7:Pack it up and send it to my friend
