Step1:Pour the cleaned soybean into the oil pan and stir fry until it changes color.
Step2:Add some salt. Pour in the water that is even with the soybean (the non stick pot I use. The students who use the iron pot can add more water). Cover the pot and simmer.
Step3:When the water is dry, the Maodou is almost ripe. Add green pepper and red pepper. Season with salt and MSG.
Step4:Students who like to eat onions. Just stir fry the onions a little before cooking.
Cooking tips:Many students don't like onions. But onions are cancer fighting. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
