Step9:Stir fry until the diced lean meat turns white and discolored. Put in soy sauce and sweet sauce.
Step10:Stir fry the sauce and diced meat. Add cooking wine and stir fry until fragrant. Because I didn't buy the dry soy sauce. I used the soy sauce. The color is a little light. I added some seasoned soy sauce.
Step11:Add in the mashed garlic and stir fry evenly. Put some water to boil and turn to medium low heat. Cook until the sauce is collected. About 20 minutes. Before leaving the pot, add chicken essence to taste.
Step12:When cooking meat sauce, make noodles. Roll the dough into thin slices with a rolling pin.
Step13:Then sprinkle some flour to prevent sticking. Fold it up. Cut it into about 0.3 left wide strips with a knife.
Step14:Shake the noodles with your hands.
Step15:Put the water in the pot and bring it to a boil. After the noodles float, add half a bowl of cold water. Then twice, the noodles will be cooked.
Step16:Scoop up the noodles and put them in the leaky spoon. Wash them under the water tap for a while. Then soak them in ice water for two minutes. Drain the water and put them in the bowl. At this time, the noodles are elastic and root clear. They won't stick together.
Step17:Put a tablespoon of the cooked meat sauce on the noodles. Yard cucumber and carrot.
Step18:It's delicious. I don't know how much better the hand rolled noodles are than the ones outside. The stewed meat sauce is also delicious.
