Red pepper, green pepper, soybean skin and color matching are enough to make people intoxicated
Step1:Choose 2 dried tofu skins, 2 green peppers and 1 red pepper to wash.
Step2:Cut the dried tofu skin into diamond shaped slices.
Step3:Cut the red and green peppers into diamond slices.
Step4:Cut the dried peppers, garlic and scallion into slices.
Step5:Blanch dried tofu skin in boiling water for one minute. Remove and control the water.
Step6:Heat the frying pan with oil. Stir in the dried chilli, onion and garlic.
Step7:Stir fry with red and green peppers.
Step8:Stir fry in tofu slices. Pour in a small amount of soup or hot water.
Step9:It's very delicious. The old soy sauce adds color and fragrance. Stir in salt, monosodium glutamate and sugar.
Step10:Before leaving the pot, stir in a light sauce. Pour in red oil and put it on a plate.
Cooking tips:If you're afraid of spicy, you can leave out the dried chillies and drench them with chili oil. Like to eat meat. Add some meat slices. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
