Of course, if the noodles are good, soft and hot in summer, it's not very urgent. That's not necessary.
Step8:Knead the bean paste filling into a small ball of uniform size for standby. I've done it before. It's all bean paste made by myself. It's also delicious. This is the filling left over from the ice moon cake.
Step9:An hour later, the dough has doubled. You can start to make it. If you are not in a hurry, you can send more hair for a while. The effect will be better.
Step10:Knead the fermented flour into a smooth dough again.
Step11:Take half of the noodles. Knead the long strips and cut them into the same size noodles.

Cooking tips:It must be a small fire after cooking. Observe the state at any time. I'm cooking and frying at the same time. It takes half an hour to 40 minutes to finish all the frying.
