I'm from Yunnan. Red clover is one of my favorite dishes from childhood. So the first choice when learning to cook is it. There is no other way to cook. Only hand cooked. If you do more, you will have some experience. Now share with you. My best dish - red three chop.
Step1:Add a little soy sauce to the minced pork (I use June fresh. About one spoon). One spoon of cooking wine and half spoon of pepper oil. Stir well and place for a while.
Step2:Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Wash the green peppers and remove the core and cut them into pieces. Slice the garlic and ginger (because I don't like green peppers, ginger and garlic very much, so they are bigger. In fact, they can be cut smaller according to my own preference).
Step3:Add a little oil to the pan, stir fry the minced pork until it changes color, and then start the pan.
Step4:Add a little oil. Put the garlic and ginger slices into the pot and stir fry them to taste. Then put the green pepper and tomato into the pot and stir fry. I think the essence of red three chop lies in the juice of tomato. Make sure to stir fry until the juice comes out.
Step5:Add the pork mince just cooked. Stir well and add some salt. Continue to stir for a while until the color is even. Then start the pot.
Cooking tips:You can adjust the amount of tomatoes according to your taste. If you like the sour taste, you can put more. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
