Step7:While cooking the beef, start another pot. Put a little olive oil into the pot when it's hot
Step8:Add green onion, ginger, garlic, prickly ash and cinnamon under the cool oil. Stir in a small heat to make the fragrance
Step9:Put the boiled rabbit meat into the water, cook a little cooking wine, stir fry it to make it fragrant and turn off the fire
Step10:Pour the stir fried rabbit meat with all kinds of spices into the beef pot skimming away the frot
Step11:Put the remaining cooking wine and soy sauce (raw and old) into the pot. Add sugar. Don't put salt first. Turn the heat to low heat and simmer slowly (I stewed for 2 hours). Don't add water and juice in the middle. Add salt at about the same time. Stew for more than 10 minutes, and then you can get out of the pot
Step12:Because I don't eat onion, ginger and garlic, when I leave the pot, I pick out all the ingredients to cool them and put them in the fridge. It's not bad to be a wine and vegetable
