Step1:Choose a larger claw. Cut off your toenails. In the pot, sit in cold water. Cut in some ginger slices and put in chicken feet. Pour in a spoonful of cooking wine and cover for about a minute. Blanched chicken feet are washed with cold water to remove froth. In the soup pot, put the old marinade (if not, it can be replaced by the existing marinade bag in the supermarket) and octagonal, cinnamon, ginger block, grass fruit, fragrant leaves, pepper, pepper, crushed ginger block, etc. add a proper amount of warm water, then put the blanched chicken feet in.
