Step1:I grabbed some salt and scrubbed it carefully several times.
Step2:Cut the two corners of the bean. It will taste better in the cooking process.
Step3:Put beans and water in the pot. Add salt.
Step4:Add the star anise and a few drops of cooking oil. Boil over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step5:Soak the cooked soybean in the pot for about 10 minutes. Then take it out and put it in the air to eat.
Step6:Refrigerate it and take it out. It tastes better.
Cooking tips:If you like spicy food, you can put some dry peppers. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
