Step1:Prepare an 8-inch Qifen
Step2:Cut into 3 piece
Step3:Lay a Qifeng sheet on the bottom of the mold. Wrap it around with tin paper. Cut the strawberries in half and lay them close to the mold
Step4:Add the sugar to the cream and beat until it is six points. Soften the gilding slice with water and drain off the water. Put it in the blueberry sauce heated in hot water and stir to melt. Cool it and then add the cream and stir evenly
Step5:Pour the blueberry juice into two-thirds of the mold. Spread a piece of Qifeng tablet smaller than the mold. Pour the remaining blueberry juice into the mold
Step6:Refrigerate for four hours. Take it out and blow it around with a blower, then demould it
Step7:Decoration on the surfac
Step8:Drop chocolates all around. Squeeze them back and forth with the small cut of the decoration bag
