It's a dish my son likes very much. It's also my kitchen novice's specialty.
Step1:A handful of garlic. Cut the root. I'm used to cutting the root. No need to pick it. You can enjoy it directl
Step2:Cut garlic. About 4cm. It's too long for children to chew
Step3:The end of the egg. The egg is soft and tender
Step4:Scallion and ginge
Step5:Hot pot of cold oil
Step6:Don't put the eggs in the oil pan too hot. After the eggs are formed, put them out of the pan for standby
Step7:Stir fry the onion directly with the remaining oil of scrambled eg
Step8:Add garlic. Then add soy sauce. Stir well. Add salt. Stir well
Step9:Add eggs. Stir well. Because the garlic leaves the soup, you don't need to add water. Stir it for a while and it will leave the pot. The garlic is easy to cook. You don't need to stir it for too long
Step10:It's out of the pot.
Cooking tips:I put soy sauce and salt first, and then eggs. In this way, the eggs will not be old or too salty. I never use MSG and chicken essence if I don't stir fry the vegetables. I have skills if I eat it, it's not good for children to cook and taste.
