Step1:You can choose carp or black fish. Clean. Cut in half. But don't cut. Spread some salt, ginger, soy sauce and cooking wine. Marinate if time permits 5⃣ Hours. Prepare your favorite vegetables. Cut them for use.
Step2:A layer of tin paper in the baking tray. The oven is 200 degrees up and down. Preheat for five minutes. Then bake the marinated fish for 15 to 20 minutes.
Step3:Hot oil in a cold pot. Put some pepper, ginger and garlic into the cut vegetables (it's not recommended to use celery. It's not delicious after yellowing. It's not good to sell). Stir fry them. Then put in bean paste. I also put oyster sauce, salt and sugar, because onion itself has a sweet taste. Add some water. Boil.
Step4:Take out the fish that has been roasted for ten minutes. Put on your favorite vegetables. If it's green leafy vegetables, it's suggested to fry them in the pot. Put them in after all the tests. Same thing. Oven 200 degrees 15 minute
Step5:If you don't think you have enough juice, you can reheat a spoonful of corn oil, tear up the shallots and put them on. Then pour a layer of oil on them. If you like peanuts, you can add another handful of peanuts.
Cooking tips:Don't put vegetables too early. It's better to marinate the fish 5⃣ More than hours. Otherwise, it's too fishy. It's more delicious to put some chili. Because the children can't eat it, they didn't put it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
