Step6:Peanuts are cooked in cold oil. Open medium and small heat, fry and crispy. Leave the oil in the pot.
Step7:Heat the oil over high heat. Add the ginger slices. Fry the shallots for a while. Then add the pepper and stir fry.
Step8:Put in the marinated chicken leg. Stir fry for a while.
Step9:Stir fry until the color turns white. Add in the chilli and stir evenly.
Step10:Add cooking wine, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and a little water to boil.
Step11:When the soup becomes thicker, add peanuts to stir fry for a while. Then add a thin hot sauce to the top. Stir fry. Peanuts must not be put too early. If they are put too early, they will lose their crispness.
Step12:Add some chicken essence and stir fry to make the pot according to your personal preference.
Step13:Put it on a plate and eat it.
