I had this porridge once when I went to Ningbo. I happened to have some ingredients at home, so I improved and made it myself. It's not bad.

Step4:What I make is the oil-free Version (no fried tomatoes. In our family, the soup is usually boiled with water. You can fry it according to your own taste). Boil it directly with water, rice and tomatoes. Then pour in the rice paste and continue to cook
Step5:When the rice porridge is thick, add shredded ginger and crabs to cook for three to five minutes. This will make the crabs taste better. Finally, add salt and sesame oil to taste and add chopped green onion and coriander
Step6:Seafood porridge is out of the pot. It's suitable for all ages. And it's very simple and easy to make
