Step1:Pour half lemon juice on salmon. Put half lemon slices on fish and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then take them for standby.
Step2:Add water to the steamer. Put fresh-keeping film on the plate of salmon to isolate water vapor. Put cold water into the steamer. Steam for 15 minutes before cooling.
Step3:When the salmon cools, remove the lemon and the skin of the fish. Grind the fish with a spoon. Heat the non stick pot and put in a little oil. Heat the salmon with oil, stir fry it and add soy sauce evenly. Continue to stir fry the fish with oil to remove the water and let it dry slightly and turn red. Then the fish will be out of the pot.
Step4:In a bowl of rice, put fried salmon meat floss, shredded Shanghai moss, and fried white sesame. It's delicious and can be eaten. This rice is especially suitable for children to eat. It's tasty and brain nourishing.
