Back to basics. I like cooking in electric cooker recently. It's convenient, time-saving, heat preservation. It's clean and doesn't need to be watched. Press the start button before going out. When I come back, I can eat delicious and hot dishes. Today, I'm going to make braised pork ribs, which are loved by all ages.
Step1:Ingredients needed - one jin of ribs, two spoons of soy sauce, five pieces of ginger, one section of green onion, one clove of garlic, a few of anise, a little of five spices. If you like sweet, you can add three or four icing sugar. The old soy sauce itself contains caramel. It also has sweet taste.
Step2:You can blanch the spareribs first to remove the blood foam. I haven't blanched them for a long time in this clear water. It doesn't matter. Put all seasonings and ribs into the pot at the same time. Grasp well. Add a glass of water (about 300ml). Marinate for half an hour when you have time. It doesn't matter if you cook directly when you are in a hurry.
Step3:Press the standard cook button. Every electric rice cooker is different. Generally, the standard cooking time is between half an hour and 40 minutes. It's OK to use refined cooking if you have enough time.
Step4:Just one step. The stewed pork ribs are out of the pot. Eat them while they are hot.
