I have a cold in recent days. I have no appetite. I just like to eat some dishes with strong taste. I just picked up the refrigerator today and found that there was a piece of lean meat. I made this fried shredded pork with pepper. It's very spicy. It stimulates the taste buds. I actually ate two bowls of rice for the first time at noon.
Step1:Clean the lean meat and cut it into shreds. Add in cooking wine, corn starch, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step2:Remove the pepper, clean it and cut it into shreds. Peel the carrot, wash it and cut it into shreds. Cut the shallot into sections for use.
Step3:Peel and chop the garlic. Dice the ginger. Cut the dried pepper into sections for standby.
Step4:Heat the pot and pour in the right amount of oil. Put in the marinated shredded pork and stir fry until the shredded pork changes color, then put it out for use.
Step5:Wash the pot, heat it and pour in the right amount of oil. Put in ginger, garlic cloves and dried pepper to burst out the fragrance.
Step6:Pour in the shredded peppers, carrot and scallion, stir fry them evenly.
Step7:Add the fresh shredded meat and stir fry for a while.
Step8:Put in a few drops of soy sauce and stir well. (just a few drops of soy sauce. Don't put too much soy sauce. Otherwise, the color of the dish is too dark. It's not good-looking.)
Step9:Add a teaspoon of salt and stir well.
Step10:Before starting the pot, add some chicken powder and stir fry evenly.
