Northerners can't live without pasta. From small to large, they always like stewed noodles made by their mother. In our Hancheng, it's also called stewed noodles. There are special restaurants selling steamed noodles. I prefer to buy raw noodles and process them by myself. The noodles are fragrant and the aftertaste is endless.
Step1:Steam the noodles with oil for 10 minutes. Make sure to mix well. Prevent the noodles from sticking together.
Step2:The space for steaming noodles. Wash and cut the main ingredients. Put them in a plate for standby.
Step3:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Heat the oil for 6 minutes and add 13 spices. Dry chili powder. Put in the chopped green onion and stir to give the fragrance.
Step4:Pour in the beans and stir fry to change color.
Step5:Put carrots in the beans when the skin is Tiger color. Continue to stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step6:Add tomatoes and stir fry to make soup. Add salt, raw soy sauce. And most importantly, Hancheng big meat saozi.
Step7:Spread the steamed noodles on the vegetables, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Pay attention to the fire during the process.
Step8:The soup in the pot is almost done. Turn over the noodles and vegetables until they are even. Turn off the heat. Cover the pot. Keep still and simmer for a few minutes. The children can eat directly after school.
