Step1:Spread cabbage on the bottom of the clean bowl. Sprinkle a little salt.
Step2:Cut tofu and spread it on Chinese cabbage. Sprinkle with millet pepper and old Ganma beef sauce.
Step3:Cover with thin ginger slices. Sprinkle with a little salt.
Step4:Steam in a pot. Steam for three minutes.
Step5:Steamed. It looks good.
Step6:Drizzle with steamed fish and soy sauce. Cover the pot and keep it cool for five minutes.
