Step1:Mix the meat first. The proportion of fat and thin meat is 3-7. Add white pepper and a little sugar to remove the smell. Put in soy sauce. Soy sauce (to your taste). A little oyster sauce (less if you put more sugar). Beat an egg. Then add ginger powder and chicken essence. If the meat is dry, add some water to make the meat stronger. The taste is heavier than usual. Put sesame oil on the meat stuffing or it will not taste good.
Step2:Blanch the beans, chop them and squeeze out the extra water. Before making dumplings, put them into the meat stuffing. Then put in the onion, salt and monosodium glutamate. Make it taste good. Finally put in edible oil.
Step3:I use the ready-made dumpling skin to make dumplings.
Step4:The last thing is to cook dumplings. Put a little salt in the boiling water to prevent the pot from sticking. Open the pot and order water three times. The dumplings will be cooked when they float.
