Chinese food, Italian food, French food, Spanish food and so on. No one mentions American food. Americans don't really know what American food is, because the United States is a country of immigrants. If we have to say American food, it's the sum of the dishes of all countries. However, there are exceptions to everything. That's apple pie. Apple pie is the representative of American pie. Americans have been abroad for a long time. Step1:Butter use the cold butter just taken from the refrigerator. Cut into small pieces; put the flour into the blender.

Cooking tips:1. My experience is that when baking pies, especially the first time, it takes 5 minutes less than the recipe time to set the time for baking. See the baking effect and then decide whether to continue baking. So as not to be overcooked. 2. The step of brushing peach jam can be omitted. But after brushing, the skin is brighter and tastes better. 3. Put baking paper in the baking tray. Sprinkle some flour in the baking tray without baking paper.
