Cooking tips:1. The ordinary casserole is not heat-resistant. Do not use it to stir fry. Because the oil temperature of stir fry is very high. When the oil in the casserole is heated, it is suddenly put into cold dishes. The casserole is easy to crack. Only the heat-resistant and cold-resistant casserole can be used to stir fry. I use the black music casserole which can't be broken even if it's dry, so it's OK. 2. The casserole should be handled with care.
