Step2:Add chopped scallion and ginger into the meat. Add some cooking wine.
Step3:Add five spices, salt and other seasonings. Add starch. It's better to thicken it like yogurt. Then add egg white. Mix the meat stuffing in one direction.
Step4:Use clean gauze to shape the meat stuffing into a cuboid. Wrap it tightly and steam for 20 minutes.
Step5:Open the gauze and apply the yolk liquid. Turn it over and apply the other side after setting. It's better to repeat it twice. After setting, you can get out of the pot.
Step6:Remove the lunch meat from the plate. Cool it slightly and then cut it into pieces. Refrigerate it if you can't finish eating.
