I bought a fresh Norwegian silver cod. I was reluctant to fry it and destroy its tenderness. So I used the simplest way and the simplest seasoning to highlight its own flavor.
Step1:Dry cod with kitchen paper. Marinate with onion ginger cooking wine and a little salt for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step2:Boil the water and steam for 5 to 8 minutes.
Step3:Pour out the water on the plate. Pick up the onion and ginger.
Step4:Cut fresh shredded green onion and ginger and put them on top. Add water to the pot. Steam fish and soy sauce and a little salt and heat them to make a sauce. Pour them on and enjoy
Cooking tips:1. Salt has the function of penetrating and coagulating protein. So the curing time should not be too long. Otherwise, it will make the fish hard and affect the taste. 2. When steaming the fish, make sure to boil the water and then put it into the pot. Do not open the lid halfway. Do not stew after steaming. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
