In winter, Hunan people like to use dried cuttlefish to cook soup. It can nourish yin, blood, spleen and kidney. Before stewing, treat the dried cuttlefish. Soak the hair in warm water. Stir fry the cuttlefish with meat slices or ribs to make it fragrant. Add water and boil it in high heat. Then turn it to a small heat for an hour. It's especially mellow and warm. It's more refreshing to add a little cucumber before starting the pot.
Step1:Soak 50g cuttlefish in dry and warm water for 20 minute
Step2:50g streaky pork slices, 100g lean pork slices. 1 cucumber slices
Step3:Heat up the pot and fry the streaky pork, lean meat, ginger slices and soaked cuttlefish to give the fragrance
Step4:Add water and bring to a boil over high heat. Season with a little salt. Turn to low heat for 1 hour
Step5:Add cucumber shreds and white pepper before cooking.
