Beijing's breakfast shops are almost closed. There's nowhere to find a place to eat eggs and pancakes. So Qiao's cook went online. Then it became a must-have for my family at weekends.
Step1:Whole wheat flour is mixed with medium gluten flour. Medium gluten flour is added for better taste.
Step2:Add water, sugar and salt in several times and mix well. Finally, add edible oil, as shown in the figure. Because humidity is the same everywhere. Water quantity is only a reference value.
Step3:Pour the batter into the pan until the surface solidifies.
Step4:Turn it over. Put in the eggs.
Step5:Put in bacon. Turn over when the egg is set.
Step6:Heat until you smell the egg, and you can get out of the pot.
