In winter, I cook a large pot of potato beef curry rice. The whole family can eat it together. It's simple and warm.
Step1:Cut the beef into cubes. It's not recommended to be too small, because it will shrink later.
Step2:Cut carrots and potatoes into small pieces.
Step3:Heat the oil in the pot and stir fry the beef.

Step5:When the beef is a little rotten, add carrots and potato chips. Boil over high heat.
Step6:After turning off the heat, add the haoshibaimengduo curry. Cook on medium heat. Stir the melted curry slightly with the shovel.
Step7:The potatoes are soft and juicy.
Step8:Turn off the fire.
Step9:Prepare a bowl of rice. Compact.
Step10:Turn the rice bowl upside down. A round rice ball comes out. It's mixed with curry, potatoes and beef. It's warm and comfortable to sit in the warm winter sun.
