I like its softness, fragrant lips and teeth, instant entrance, small and fresh feeling.
Step1:Heat milk and cheese in water to melt. Stir well.
Step2:Add butter while it's hot. Stir well.
Step3:Add 3 yolks. Stir well.
Step4:Sift in low flour, cornstarch and mix well.
Step5:Add the protein to the sugar powder and whisk to the steeple.
Step6:Mix the cheese paste with the beaten protein.
Step7:Pour it into a paper cup. I'm using a tin paper cup. The light shock makes the bubbles pop out.

Step10:Start to draw flowers. Use toothpick to rotate once.
Step11:Bake in water. 90 degrees above. 120 degrees below. 25 minutes or so.
