Step4:Take out the yolk of salted duck egg. Just the yolk. As for the egg white, I don't have a good way at the moment^_
Step5:Pour a little oil into the pot. Pour the corn into the pot. Stir fry the salted duck egg yolk. Make sure that the yolk and corn are well mixed. Because the color is the same. Otherwise, the saltiness will be different. Stir fry evenly and taste it. If you have heavy mouth, you can add some salt properly. Then you can get out of the pot. Cooking tips:Try not to use glutinous rice corn. It's very sticky. I used glutinous rice corn. My muscles hurt after a few bites^_ ^There are skills in making delicious dishes.
