Step3:Heat the oil in the pot, stir fry the onion and ginger, then stir fry the kelp.
Step4:Stir fry for a while, then add salt, soy sauce and a little sugar. Continue to stir fry for a while and add Shanxi vinegar. (vinegar is given by friends. If you don't have it, you can use it at home.
Step5:Add some water and simmer for a while.
