Step10:Stir fry until the surface of the chicken starts to turn yellow but not really burnt. Add the water for the mushroom (add white water if the water is not enough, but not all vegetables), potatoes and mushrooms. Stir and cover.
Step11:Turn to the middle fire after the fire is over. Open the lid and turn over. Continue to cover and keep the middle fire boiling.
Step12:When the chicken and potatoes are soft, taste them. If the salt is not enough, add salt. Then add green pepper and spicy millet (if not too spicy, do not add). Stir well. Cover. Fire for one minute. Turn off the fire, open the cover and install the plate.

Cooking tips:1. It seems that the chicken blanching water is a little too much. It's hard but not soft. You can try not to blanch the chicken.
