My husband and I are carnivores (but we don't eat fat at all). So we have a lot of experience in cooking meat.
Step1:Remove the fascia and fat from the tendon. Cut it into small pieces. Blanch it to remove the blood foam. Take out for use.
Step2:Pour the oil in the pot. Add the onion, ginger, garlic, fragrant leaves, cinnamon, big ingredients, red pepper, bean paste and stir fry.
Step3:Add beef and continue to stir fry. Add salt, cooking wine, sugar and raw soy sauce to taste.
Step4:Cut the tomato into pieces and continue to stir fry until the tomato melts.
Step5:Heat the water at last. When the water boils, turn to the minimum and simmer for about 1.5 to two hours.
Cooking tips:It's fast to make meat in a pressure cooker, but it's far less delicious than slow stew. Beef tendons can be cooked with bamboo shoots, Flammulina mushrooms, winter bamboo shoots, baby dishes, tofu and konjac shreds. They can also be made into fragrant beef noodles. In a word, it is very delicious.
