I have lived in Korea for two and a half years. I prefer to eat this kind of spicy but not greasy dish. The biggest characteristic of Korean dish is that they must use onion and garlic to taste. They don't eat coriander and seldom use ginger.
Step1:Clean chicken gizzards with salt water and remove impurities.
Step2:Use a large fire to boil the meat bag (you can also use anise, prickly ash, cilantro, etc.). Boil the old soy sauce, onion and ginger. Remove the floating powder. Turn the medium and small fire to boil for 30 minutes.
Step3:When it's done, take it out and let it cool and cut into slices. You can also add salt to the soup and soak the chicken gizzards in the soup for 24 hours.
Step4:Korean chili sauce two spoons. Dilute with Sprite. Not too thin.
Step5:Add sugar, salt, chicken essence, garlic, sesame and mix well. Like to eat sesame oil can drop another 2 drops of sesame oil. Not too much.
Step6:Pour the sauce into the chicken gizzard.
Step7:Use disposable gloves to mix evenly and make it taste good.
Step8:It's not too spicy to have an appetite. It's sweet and spicy.
Cooking tips:If you don't have Sprite, dilute the hot sauce with water and sugar. A little more sugar. Because sprite also has sweetness. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
