I wanted to try how to make hand shredded chicken a long time ago. After selecting the recipe and considering comprehensively, I mixed chicken shreds with black bean and golden needle.

Step5:Take a small bowl. Transfer in the soy sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, sugar, sesame oil, Laoganma, vinegar, minced garlic and scallion
Step6:Put the shredded chicken and Flammulina mushroom into a big bowl. Pour in the mixed sauce. Mix well. Then put oil in the pot. Stir in the pepper. Then pour the pepper oil into the golden needle of the shredded chicken. Sprinkle the coriander and sesame.
