Step1:Clean the fish, put cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, ginger, salt and marinate for five to ten minutes.
Step2:Put oil in the pan. Fry the fish on both sides until golden. Add soy sauce, water (2 / 3 of the fish), sugar, pepper, star anise, onion, ginger, garlic, salt and vinegar.
Step3:Simmer for about 10 minutes on a low heat. Collect the juice on a high heat.
