Step6:This step can be carried out at the same time as boiling pimples. Heat the pot, put some oil in it, stir fry the carrots. Stir the carrots until soft, and then put them out for use.
Step7:Also use the oil of fried carrots. If the oil is not enough, add some more oil. Turn the heat down and fry the meat until it changes color.
Step8:Put in chopped green onion and ginger, sugar, soy sauce, green beans, soybeans and carrots. Stir well over medium heat.
Step9:Put in pimples, salt and stir fry quickly to prevent the paste pot.
Step10:Stir fry well and then add diced cucumbers.
Step11:Stir fry the garlic for a while, and then stir well, then you can turn off the heat and put it on the plate.
Cooking tips:My mother said that we don't need starch to stir fry the meat. It's hot when the pot is fifty percent hot. Put the meat in a small fire and stir fry it.
