I made a small bottle of green plum wine even though I didn't drink.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Green plum to be washed.

  2. Step2:Wash with salt and drain to dry.

  3. Step3:Make two strokes on each plum. Spread the crushed layer of yellow icing sugar. Pour in white wine. Store in a sealed place for 3 months before drinking.

  4. Step4:Nearly 3 months. The wine is really beautiful. I tried it. It tastes good.

  5. Step5:Some of it was salted. It was the first day.

  6. Step6:After half a month, if it's sunny, dry it in one or two. But it's rainy. It can't be dried in rainy days. Use the oven to dry it.

  7. Step7:Dried plum. Pickled with sugar.

  8. Step8:Bottle one layer of sugar and one layer of plum. Put as much sugar as possible. Actually speaking, plum is good for making tea or making sour plum tea.
