I've loved this dish since I was pregnant. It's hot and sour. It's not greasy.
Step1:Clean the grass carp. Marinate it with cooking wine, salt and ginger for more than 10 minute
Step2:Cut pickled peppers, peppers, garlic and pickles into small pieces. Set aside for later use
Step3:Put some oil in the pot. Don't pour too much. Pour the previously cut spices into the pot and stir fry them. Then put some water. Put the fish head down. Cover the pot
Step4:After 10 minutes, put the marinated fish in order. Note: do not stir. The fish is easy to break.
Step5:The last pot. Sprinkle with pepper. And scallion. Pour some hot oil on it
Cooking tips:Pickles can be bought in the supermarket. Grass carp can be cut for you by the supermarket staff. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
