Step2:During the fermentation of dough, we can make pastry first - mix all ingredients except edible oil and put them into the container. The edible oil is heated, poured into the container, stirred evenly, and put in a cool place for use.
Step3:Cover the dough with a lid or a fresh-keeping film and ferment at room temperature until it is about twice the size of the original dough.
Step4:Fermented dough. Pull the dough apart. The inside is in a uniform honeycomb state.
Step5:Sprinkle a proper amount of dry powder on the chopping board. The fermented dough does not need to be kneaded. Spread it directly on the analysis table. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a large rectangle.
