Abalone has always been one of my favorite seafood. I used to buy abalone in stew or stir fried. Today, I made Abalone with braised taste. The taste is very good. And the method is very simple. The abalone is fresh and tender. My favorite friend can try my method.
Step1:Blanch abalone in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove abalone meat. Remove internal organs. Rinse.

Step10:Pour in abalone and stir fry for a while.
Step11:Season with a little salt.
Step12:Add some chicken essence and stir well.
Step13:Add some water starch to thicken the sauce before starting.
Step14:Turn off the fire when the juice is thick.
Step15:The prepared abalone can be eaten in abalone shell.

Cooking tips:No delicious soy sauce can be replaced by raw soy sauce. It's best to make this dish in a nonstick pan. Thicken it and then clean the pan. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
