Step1:Cut pork tenderloin into about 2mm thick slices. Soak and wash with clear water (with a pinch of edible alkali) and squeeze dry. After the sizing and shaping, turn the broken meat with a spoon and immediately remove it and put it into the soup bowl. Pour the soup in the pot into a proper amount of water starch and thicken it. Pour the proper amount into the soup bowl.
Step4:Put the chili and chopped scallion and garlic on the meat in turn. Heat the oil in the pot to 70% of the heat. Pour the hot oil on the chopped scallion and garlic and serve.
