Sour pepper (Sichuan called bad pepper). After pickled, the pepper has a smell of fermented food. It is used with fish. It has a very good effect of deodorization and flavor improvement.
Step1:Kill grass carp and wash it. Wash ginger, onion, coriander and tomato. Slice ginger. Slice onion and coriander.
