All purpose stir fry. Can be (steamed) eggplant, steamed tofu and so on.
Step1:Wash the pig's stomach with raw meal. No sticky liquid. Put cold water into the pot. Add 10ml of wine, one piece of big material and two pieces of ginger. Cook it over low heat after boiling (don't add salt to the stomach first. It's not easy to cook).
Step2:Remove the seeds and tendons from the hot pepper. Cut the ingredients.
Step3:It's good to use chopsticks to easily pierce the pig belly (about 45 minutes). It's cool.
Step4:Cut it. Sprinkle some more onion.
Step5:Hot pot of cold oil. Pepper powder.
Step6:Stir fry the garlic and pepper. Add cooking wine, sugar, chicken powder, pepper, salt and vinegar on a low heat. Stir fry the spices on a high heat. Turn off the heat immediately.
Step7:Pour it on.
