My favorite food is our dumpling. It's vegetable or meat. It's seasonal. Last time, I just served dumplings with radish and meat stuffing. This year, I don't think I've had any dumplings with vegetables and radish. It's true. Now there are only things you can't think of. Nothing you can't buy. It's winter. Dad bought fresh and tender radish seedlings in the morning market today
Step1:Wake up with a good face.
Step2:Wash and control water for radish seedling.
Step3:Blanch the water, cut it up and squeeze out some water.

Step6:Radish seedling, egg, dried tea and chopped green onion. Put them together and mix with five spices, salt and linseed oil.
Step7:Knead the dough. Knead the long strips. Divide them into small dosage forms. Roll them into the middle thick and thin dumpling skin.
Step8:Make all the dumplings.
Step9:Cut up the garlic. Fry the oil.
Step10:Put the dumplings under the water. Spread them out with a spoon. Add cold water once. Add cold water twice for three times.
Step11:Put the dumplings into a bowl. Add garlic oil, chili oil, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, MSG, and a little seasoning water.
Step12:Mix well and eat.
Cooking tips:Cut the boiled radish seedlings. Be sure to squeeze part of the water. But don't squeeze too dry. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
