During the summer vacation, I took my children on a trip to Beijing and Inner Mongolia. I had several authentic Beijing sauce shredded pork. My children also like this salty and sweet dish. Today, when I was free, I tried to make one for them.
Step1:Sliced scallion and scallio
Step2:Shred tenderloin and marinate with chicken powder, cooking wine, salt and pepper for 20 minute
Step3:Put a proper amount of lard in the pot. Put in the marinated shredded pork, stir fry it, change color, and take it out.
Step4:Take a small bowl. Put in some sweet sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, soy sauce and water and stir evenly. Stir in the shredded pork and stir with the remaining oil in the pot to make it fragrant.
Step5:Pour the shredded meat into the sauce and stir well.
Step6:Dish and sprinkle with scallion. It's delicious.
