I've always enjoyed eating Beijing sauce shredded pork. Recently, I happened to see someone making the plain Beijing sauce shredded pork with mushrooms. I'm very interested. When I go home at the weekend, I immediately buy the materials to make it. After I finish it, I taste it. It's very delicious. The mushrooms I made are not only good but also sweet. It's very delicious.
Step1:Mushroom, tomato sauce and sweet sauce are ready.
Step2:Clean the mushrooms. Tomato sauce. Sweet sauce. Prepare them. After the pot is hot, stir fry the sesame seeds and put them in reserve.
Step3:Pour water into the pot. Boil over high heat. Blanch the mushrooms for about 4 minutes. Remove the mushrooms when they are soft. Cool them with cold water and drain.
