I like tofu very much. So I made Mapo Tofu.
Step1:Cut the tofu into pieces. Boil it in boiling water. Remember to put salt in the water. Then tofu is more tumbling. It's not easy to break it.
Step2:Open the Mapo Tofu bag. Pour the powder into the bowl according to the tips. Mix a bowl of juice. I use half the bag. (I use Mapo Tofu seasoning made by qiaocuniang. There are specific operation steps behind the product packaging. You can buy it for yourself.
Step3:In the frying pan, pour in the oil, onion, ginger and garlic. Pour in the meat filling. Stir fry until the meat filling changes color. Add some cooking wine and some soy sauce.
Step4:When the meat is stir fried, remove the tofu from the water and put it in. Stir for a few times. It should be lighter. Then pour in the just mixed juice. Stew the meat stuffing and tofu. Out of the pot. How simple it is.
