Step9:Heat the pot, add some oil, put in the diced meat and stir fry
Step10:Stir fry the diced meat until it changes color, and then put in the minced red pepper and garlic
Step11:Stir fry and add in sour beans
Step12:Stir well together. Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Step13:Layer into disk.
Cooking tips:1. Put dried pepper, prickly ash, fragrant leaves, star anise, cinnamon and other seasonings into the pot and boil for a few minutes to fully release the flavor of the seasoning; 2. Cut the beans into small pieces and put them into a clean container without water or oil. It's easier for the chopped beans to ferment; 3. Put the boiled seasoning water into the prepared beans while it's hot. It can also accelerate the fermentation; 4.
