Step1:Soak the whitebait in warm water for 30 minutes and dry it. Wash the shallot and cut into small sections. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and the whitebait. Continue beating for 1 minut
Step2:Take a 20 cm non stick pan and add in cooking oil. Heat it to 50% heat. Add in the egg, cover with medium heat for 1 minute, turn over and heat for 1 minute. Sprinkle with scallion. A delicious layer of whitebait tart egg will be made
Cooking tips:Note - it's better to heat the plate in the microwave for 23 minutes before loading. Otherwise, the frothy whitebait tarts and eggs will fall down in the cold plate. There are skills for making delicious dishes.
